Refund policy

We strive to provide the best online homeopathy consultation experience. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review our refund policy:

Cancellation & Refunds:

Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling:

You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge.

Missed Appointments:

No refunds for missed appointments. Please contact us in advance to reschedule.

Technical Issues:

If a session is interrupted due to technical difficulties on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
